2023-25 NMALR Term

The New Mexico American Legion Riders are dedicated to giving a hand up to those in need. Unfortunately, Utility Bills do not qualify. Please seek help at LIEHEP, United Way, and your local churches.

The next segment is interesting research on the usage of wearing DOT-compliant motorcycle helmets vs noncompliant helmets.  However, one of the graphs included shows the percentage difference in overall helmet use between 2021 and 2022.  In 2021, 29.4% of motorcyclists wore no helmet, that number went down to 24.5% the following year.  As a rider who wears a helmet 99.9% of the time, I love that more and more riders are choosing to wear them.

We are an association that promotes motorcycle safety and awareness… so
